Project Manager

Christopher Jackson is an IT professional with 13 years of IT industry experience. Over his career, he has managed multiple projects and teams within the healthcare provider space, across a variety of vendors, systems and project management methodologies. Christopher is a proactive and goal-oriented leader with experience driving teams and businesses toward performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

At T2 Tech Group, Christopher is a project manager for an industry leader in customized cloud solutions. Currently, he is applying our firm’s hybrid-Agile project management methodology to guide teams as they upgrade hardware and software to improve the cloud vendor’s overall virtualization environment.

Prior to joining T2 Tech, Christopher worked as a project manager at McKesson Corporation. He has extensive experience using both Agile and PMI project management frameworks while managing teams across a variety of IT infrastructure projects. While at McKesson, Christopher held several positions that allowed him to gain valuable knowledge and experience in team leadership, systems development and project accountability.

As a project manager, Christopher has been responsible for maintaining budgets and timelines as he led teams to complete numerous data migrations, software implementations and hardware deployment projects. For example, he led the deployment of picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) in radiology and cardiology across various hospitals and clinics in North America. This enhanced PACS technology now provides healthcare organizations with the hardware and software needed to exchange and analyze digital diagnostic imaging to improve patient care.

As a support team leader for McKesson’s cardiology team of 15 Remote System Administrators (RSAs), Christopher’s team developed the individual development plans (IDPs) to determine and improve processes for customer call handling and reporting. He directed his team toward meeting and exceeding customer support call metrics by lowering the number of calls dropped and decreasing average call wait time.

Christopher holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He is also a graduate of Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
