During the Marion and John E. Anderson Pavilion construction project, T2 Tech helped Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) architect, design and manage the enterprise integrated services implementation for the $636 million, 460,000 sq. ft. patient facility that was being built. T2 Tech’s efforts helped CHLA open the new hospital on schedule, save $1.5 million in capital costs, and save $500,000 in operations and maintenance costs.

Working together, Sharp Healthcare and T2 Tech successfully completed the design and implementation of a redundant architecture and disaster recovery site at Sharp’s Rees-Steely Medical Group facility in Sorrento Mesa, California. Leveraging the skills of Sharp’s adept IT team along with T2 Tech’s effective management staff and methodology, the two organizations efficiently tested failover for Sharp’s key applications without causing any interruption to business.
Comanche County Memorial Hospital
When Comanche County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) was expecting to expand its care facilities and provider network, T2 Tech was hired to assess, architect and implement the IT infrastructure. By partnering with T2 Tech, CCMH was able to save $1.35 million on EMC storage and Brocade network solutions. T2 Tech also negotiated additional staff training, implementation support and maintenance services at no additional cost.
Kootenai Health needed a partner to help them update their IT storage environment and ensure business continuity. A comprehensive IT assessment was one of the first steps to updating their IT environment. After completing a thorough IT assessment, T2 Tech helped Kootenai develop an RFP and save nearly $1 million in vendor management. The selected equipment contributed to improved performance and increased scalability.
After implementing a new help desk support center to improve IT operations, Kootenai Health was in need of an effective solution to centralize key IT alerts and immediately focus resources on critical problems as they arose. Upon evaluating a number of potential solutions, Kootenai Health selected Project Hollywood, a visual IT notification system developed by T2 Tech.
T2 Tech collaborated with Kootenai Health to improve the healthcare organization’s overall storage environment. In this initiative, T2 Tech was able to help Kootenai save nearly $1 million in vendor management, improve crucial application performance by as much as 400%, provide a scalable IT environment and update their backup technology.
T2 Tech was engaged by Kootenai Health to help manage their roll-out of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and single sign-on (SSO). These technologies support 2,000 hospital employees, save time for nurses and physicians, and decrease desktop support calls.
Saint John's Health Center
During a large expansion effort at Saint John’s Health Center (SJHC), T2 Tech collaborated with SJHC staff to provide IT assessment services. After providing assessment services, T2 Tech helped improve SJHC’s staffing model, and T2 Tech designed and implemented an IT remediation plan for the prominent healthcare organization. T2 Tech’s collaboration with SJHC helped facilitate a successful transition to the 275,000 sq. ft. Howard Keck Center.

Stanford Health Care needed an IT assessment for its newly acquired ValleyCare system. The assessment supported an infrastructure transition program that would help the organization prepare for an EHR system migration to Epic. T2 Tech thoroughly reviewed ValleyCare’s IT environment, highlighted current risks and gaps against industry best practices, and provided relevant short-term fixes and a long-term improvement strategy.
