Children's Hospital Los Angeles: An Efficient New Hospital Building IT Implementation
During the Marion and John E. Anderson Pavilion construction project, T2 Tech helped Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) architect, design and manage the enterprise integrated services implementation for the $636 million, 460,000 sq. ft. patient facility that was being built. T2 Tech’s efforts helped CHLA open the new hospital on schedule, save $1.5 million in capital costs, and save $500,000 in operations and maintenance costs.
Comanche County Memorial Hospital: Growing Opportunities for Comprehensive Healthcare
When Comanche County Memorial Hospital (CCMH) was expecting to expand its care facilities and provider network, T2 Tech was hired to assess, architect and implement the IT infrastructure. By partnering with T2 Tech, CCMH was able to save $1.35 million on EMC storage and Brocade network solutions. T2 Tech also negotiated additional staff training, implementation support and maintenance services at no additional cost.
Kootenai Health: A Five-Year Partnership
To improve the quality and breadth of the care it provides, Kootenai Health partnered with T2 Tech to restructure every aspect of its IT ecosystem. This challenging endeavor included managing staff, reworking Kootenai Health’s network, virtualizing the hospital’s data center and bringing the control of their EHR system in-house. The two organizations partnered to implement the new processes, and manage an initial round of rollouts together, before handing off the overall process to Mount Sinai.

Regional Health: Implementing VDI and Secure Printing Strategy
In August 2016, Regional Health partnered with T2 Tech Group to implement a virtual desktop infrastructure and a secure printing solution to improve clinical workflow at their flagship Rapid City Regional Health (RCRH) facility. For the project, T2 Tech supported RCRH in the assessment, implementation planning and rollout of a VMWare Horizon 7 virtual desktop infrastructure to 22 separate departments. Additionally, T2 Tech played an integral role in providing guidance to optimize the backend infrastructure that supports the health system’s end-user computing environment.

During a large expansion effort at Saint John’s Health Center (SJHC), T2 Tech collaborated with SJHC staff to provide IT assessment services. Stanford Health Care needed an IT assessment for its newly acquired ValleyCare system. The assessment supported an infrastructure transition program that would help the organization prepare for an EHR system migration to Epic.
