Our Implementation Work
Children’s Hospital Los Angeles: IT Implementation for an Exciting New Hospital Project
When CHLA embarked upon the Marion and John E. Anderson Pavilion new hospital building project, a 460,000 square foot patient facility with a budget of $636 million, CHLA needed to efficiently manage their limited personnel with a mix of operational and project-based responsibilities. In order to ensure that pressing construction deadlines were met and patient care was not impacted at existing facilities, CHLA turned to T2 Tech Group for assistance. Along with massive savings in vendor negotiations and providing operations management, T2 Tech managed the redesign, renovation and integration of IT infrastructure in multiple facilities. T2 Tech oversaw the design and implementation of wired/wireless network infrastructure, redundant wide area network infrastructure, high-capacity storage and backup, Voice over IP, virtual desktop infrastructure and single sign-on for the new facility. | View CHLA and T2 Tech story
Regional Health: A Solution for Workflow Needs
In August 2016, Regional Health partnered with T2 Tech Group to implement a virtual desktop infrastructure and a secure printing solution to improve clinical workflow at their flagship Rapid City Regional Health (RCRH) facility. For the project, T2 Tech supported RCRH in the assessment, implementation planning and rollout of a VMWare Horizon 7 virtual desktop infrastructure to 22 separate departments. Additionally, T2 Tech played an integral role in providing guidance to optimize the backend infrastructure that supports the health system’s end-user computing environment. | View Client Spotlight PDF
Comanche County: Growing Opportunities for Comprehensive Healthcare
CCMH made a decision to embark upon a major strategic initiative to expand their existing provider network. Due to a lack of internal resources, their IT infrastructure was in need of a significant overhaul to provide a foundation for future growth and investments in mission critical systems. At the same time, the organization’s fiscal constraints limited their options. In 2011, CCMH partnered with T2 Tech Group to assess their existing IT infrastructure, develop an updated technology design and operational framework, and execute an implementation plan that worked within their financial limitations. | View Comanche County and T2 Tech story
