Krystal Di Stefano is an experienced and skillful sales and marketing professional. Krystal joined T2 Tech to lead strategic marketing and business development initiatives. She is responsible for local and national marketing campaigns, brand advancement, social media, public and media relations, preparation of proposals and related business development projects. Her goal as a strategic leader is to position herself at the intersection of T2 Tech’s ongoing operations and its growth opportunities.
Krystal’s accomplishments at T2 Tech include spearheading the rebranding of the company. She has been instrumental in establishing a positive culture and core values, managing a seamless office relocation, infusing company practice with sound project management principles, and planning both internal and external events.
Prior to joining T2 Tech, Krystal took her first steps into the IT industry when she worked as a technical recruiter at TEKsystems, a prominent staffing and services company. Before TEKsystems, Krystal spent most of her career in the sports industry, including the NFL, MLB and a world-class performance training center. In various roles, her responsibilities ranged from community relations, business operations, sales and marketing. Krystal has also had the rare opportunity to work with both local and national media outlets such as ESPN, NFL Network and VH1, where she undertook marketing initiatives of high-profile athletes and professional teams.
Krystal is an active member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) – a global, cause-based, not-for-profit organization focused on better health through information and technology. She currently sits on the board of the SoCal HIMSS chapter as the Vice President of Programs and previously as the Vice President of Administration and Membership Committee Chair. Throughout her time with the local chapter, she has organized many education and networking conferences as well as chairing the annual charity golf tournament.
Krystal graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Mass Communication from Arizona State University. While at ASU, she was actively involved in community volunteer groups and a member of the co-ed sales and marketing fraternity, Pi Sigma Epsilon.
